It has been a hot summer! Even with the temperatures approaching the 100 degree mark, the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure has been busy creating great memories for our race car drivers and riders at NASCAR tracks such as Talladega Superspeedway and Chicagoland Speedway. Now that the kids have gotten out of school, been on their summer trip to the beach, or summer camp, it is time for mom and dad to have their summer adventures. This too can be a family trip but it is mom and dad’s chance to have their fun by driving fully equipped race cars. In the coming weeks we will have racing adventures at several race tracks including Charlotte Motor Speedway for 3 action packed days on July 13-15 followed by a big event at Talladega Superspeedway July 21-22.
If you choose Charlotte Motor Speedway you can cool off after your adventure by taking the short drive into uptown Charlotte and visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame. See Ned Jarrett, a 2011 NASCAR Hall of Fame Inductee, and the latest class of racing legends. For those of you participating @TalladegaSuperS on the July 21 weekend, or any of the RacingAdventure.com events, you can cool off by visiting the International Motor Sports Hall of Fame. This will allow you to see racing personalities and their accomplishments from all over the world.
Over the next few weeks the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure will be gearing up to kick back off in Las Vegas, NV at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The second half of 2012 in Las Vegas will begin with a promotion running from July 20 to August 20 and will include the famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop as featured on the History Channel’s Pawn Stars. More information will be posted on the Facebook page in the coming days Facebook.com/RacingAdventure as we roll out the details. Once you have completed your race, you can then visit the famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. It is a great experience to go in and check out all of the great items Rick Harrison and his crew have in stock. The shop looks much different in person than it does when you watch Pawn Stars on the History Channel.
